Romans 12:2 says, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." As parents, we face the challenge of raising our kids in a world that often contradicts Christian values – sinners being sinners. But we can teach our Christian kids to be faithful and strong by modeling Christ-like behavior and consistently teaching them the truths of God's Word. It's important to have open and honest conversations with our kids about the values and beliefs of the world around us. It’s also important to teach the Gospel which is our only hope for those who are lost, including our kids who have yet to turn to Him.
